Mailout service
Automatic mailing of messages to clients on messaging services and collation of responses
Using data obtained from the Alfa-Auto 1C in-company service, the mailout service composes a message depending on its type (notification or survey) and implements a mailout using third-party providers (SMS-Aero, infobip).
The client receives the message in their messanger (WhatsApp or Viber) or via SMS. In the case of surveys, an individual link is generated and the results of the survey are stored on the server.
There is also the option of sending messages as a thread via WhatsApp, Viber or SMS. The results of completed surveys are submitted to the Alfa-Auto 1C service.
